Come join us as we celebrate our 100th Year at Peery's Egyptian Theater!

Peery's Egyptian Theater when originally built it was solely a movie house. This year we want to go back to our roots and celebrate some of our favorite black and white films that have been released through the decades.

The Shop Around the Corner was released in 1940 and is a comedy, romance. Alfred Kralik (James Stewart) and Klara Novak (Margaret Sullavan) are employees at Matuschek and Company, a general store in Budapest. Klara and Alfred are constantly at odds with each other, butting heads and disagreeing on almost everything. Both are enamored of their respective pen pals, who serve as welcome distractions in their lives. Little do they know, they are each the other's pen pal and, despite outward differences, have unwittingly fallen in love through their letters.
Parking Information Here
The closest and most accessible parking is the garage behind the theater on Kiesel Ave and costs $6.00. This garage is wheelchair accessible.

The ADA drop off area is located in the Key Bank parking located on 25th street.
